I am so unbelievably excited about today, because today is the day that ‘Helen Strong Photography’ can be released into the wild!!

After months of planning, not to mention endless emails and pestering to the fabulous people involved the new look website has finally gone live, I really hope you enjoy taking a look around!

I’m not just excited about the new website, but also the fact that it’s a significant time for me with the evolution of my brand.  It has taken me several years to build on my brand identity and I feel so proud of what I have achieved and where I have arrived.  I have met so many wonderful people along the way who have encouraged me and been an absolute pleasure to work with.

The new look website is a perfect representation of who I am and the type of photography I enjoy.  I love to photograph happiness and emotion, and capture personality! I love colour and character and I hope this is represented in the new look.

I have been fortunate to have had lots of help in creating the new look and website, by family members, that I think should be re named Team Strong!! I know at times I probably haven’t been the easiest client to deal with, but thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all of your help! So here is a big thank you for my Father in Law Chris Strong, for his fabulous Graphic Design skills and creating my lovely logo and marketing materials.  It’s amazing seeing it all come together, I love what you have done!  Also to Joe Strong, my Cousin in law, who is a fantastic web designer and brought it all to life with his technical skills!  I hate to think just how many emails have gone back and forth whilst this has been done.  Thank you both for being so unbelievably patient!  Also I think my hubby Aaron deserves a thank you, for putting up with me disappearing for hours on end on the computer trying to get everything done!

One of the things I have really enjoyed is coming up with ideas for branding and packaging, for this I thank Pinterest, it’s amazing!!! I have spent what feels like hours trawling the internet for beautiful products and ideas that would fit with my new look and I’m really happy with how it has all come to life.  I now have a slight obsession with coloured bakers twine and washi tape!  I’m sure all you ladies out there will agree, it’s so exciting opening something that’s in lovely packaging!

I really wanted my Gift Vouchers to be beautifully presented, so that opening it was an experience in itself! The colourful, eco-friendly packaging theme extends through to the gorgeous CD cases, print folders and albums, so that you are sure to receive lovely products to really show off your photographs.

As May is one of my favourite months (my birthday month, two bank holidays and now the extra excitement of the new website launch.. need I say more?!) I am going to have a celebratory month with a special offer or competition each week in the month of May!!! I really hope you see something you’d like to get involved in, and please share my posts as much as you like, as you can never have too many friends!!
